When you order from clonekart.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply.

Cash On Delivery: As per the recent market survey the orders placed via COD have a cancellation rate of more-than 35% in the Indian eCommerce market. That's why we collect a nominal advance of Rs.99.00 for all COD orders placed on our website which will be adjusted in your order total. It will not be refunded if you cancel the COD order once shipped.
Delivery Delays: We always endeavour to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.
Return/Replacement/Refund Policy: We replace the product only if there is any manufacturing defect, such defects should be communicated to us with-in 24 hours of the delivery of the product by sending email on email@example.com or WhatsApp message on 9008791534. No Return/Refunds are allowed. You should keep the unused product packed in the original packaging with all the tags and stickers intact. Once the product reaches us we will do quality check, post which the replacement will be shipped to you after approval from our team.
